Shipping Methods and Rates
We use Shippo to optimize our shipping needs and partner with UPS, USPS, and FedEx to deliver your orders. The following shipping options are available:
Standard (5-7 Business Days): $12.99 (flat rate)
Express (2 Business Days): $19.99 (flat rate)
Local Delivery (3-5 Days): Free
Free Shipping
Free ground saver shipping is available for orders over $120 (before tax).
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the United States only, excluding the following locations:
Alaska
Hawaii
U.S. Army Posts (APO/FPO addresses)
Delivery Times
Ground Saver: Typically arrives within 5–7 business days.
2nd Day Air: Arrives within 2 business days from the time of shipping.
Processing Times
Please note that processing time is 1–3 business days before your order is shipped, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the UPS website.
Cancellations
After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be cancelled. If there are questions about cancelling an order, please contact us at decor@melrose-market.com
Delayed Orders
In case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Melrose Market is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our facility. However, we will assist in resolving any shipping issues with the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us at decor@melrose-market.com with your order details, and we’ll work with you to resolve the matter.
Changes to Shipping Information
To ensure timely delivery, please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours at decor@melrose-market.com.
