At Melrose Market, we take pride in offering high-quality, curated products. However, we understand that there may be instances where you wish to return an item. Please review our return policy below:
Returns & Exchanges
For items purchased online, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at decor@melrose-market.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item’s order number and your reason for the return or exchange. Returns or exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. If the return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning your item.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Returns are not accepted for customized, final sale, perishable items, special order items, gift cards, or seasonal items (e.g., holiday-themed products). We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at management’s discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.
Shipping and Fees
The seller is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all items returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will only be issued for items that meet our return eligibility criteria.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at decor@melrose-market.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Be prepared to provide photos of the damaged item and packaging for review. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
